Payment Terms

Gardeners Thamesmead requires payment as follows:

  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon booking a service.
  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the service.
  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and bank transfers.

All payments must be made in full before any refunds are processed, except as otherwise specified in these terms.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a scheduled service, please provide at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 20% of the total service cost.

Liability

Client Responsibilities

Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges.

Termination of Services

Gardeners Thamesmead reserves the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • The client engages in abusive or inappropriate behavior.
  • There are safety concerns that cannot be mitigated.

Upon termination, any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point are due immediately.
